To maximize the effectiveness of RAG-powered agents in Copilot Studio, organizations must centralize and structure documentation from User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), and Employee Experience (EX) domains. This session will outline how to build such a unified repository and integrate it into Copilot Studio for scalable, human-centered AI.

With an acute sense of brand execution combined with leading and implementing user experience and customer experience strategies, Damon has a proven track record of delivering successful brands, products, and services. As a mentor and coach, Damon manages development, creative, and research teams through hands-on support and leadership. Damon holds an MS in Human Factors Psychology and is working on a PhD in Cognitive Learning and New Technology.
